I've always been someone who enjoys figuring things out.

Whether it's finding a better way to do something, working through a challenge, or taking an idea and figuring out how to make it happen, I've always been drawn to the problem-solving side of business.

My professional background is in clinical research, where I've spent years managing operations, leading teams, building relationships, and helping organizations navigate the challenges that come with growth.

It's an industry that has taught me a lot about business, but even more about people.

I've learned that running a successful operation isn't just about having the right processes in place. It's about understanding how people work, recognizing where things could be better, and creating an environment where everyone has the structure and support they need to succeed.

That's what led me to create Vista Research Consulting.

I wanted to take what I've learned through years of hands-on operational experience and use it to help other businesses work through their own challenges.

While my experience is rooted in clinical research, I'm now exploring opportunities to bring that perspective to businesses across different industries.

I don't believe there's one perfect formula for running a business. Every organization has its own people, priorities, and challenges.

What I do believe is that there's almost always an opportunity to make something work a little better.

And that's where I enjoy getting involved.

How I Approach My Work

I like to understand how things work before jumping into how to change them.

Every business has its own way of doing things, and I don't believe in walking in with a ready-made solution before understanding the people, the processes, and the challenges involved.

My approach is pretty straightforward: listen, ask questions, look at what's happening behind the scenes, and figure out where improvements would make the biggest difference.

Sometimes that means simplifying a process. Other times, it means helping a team get organized, identifying something that's been overlooked, or working through a decision that needs a fresh perspective.
